A new and innovative playground design from Proludic on the recycling theme: what better way to raise awareness of our environmental responsibilities than by children engaging in play? 

This playground was designed to educate local residents about the importance of recycling. Key messages include the reduction of waste, the conservation of finite resources and the protection of natural resources. The RECYCLING themed playground recreates a number of the steps found in the recycling process, allowing children and adults to learn whilst playing. The playground contains Proludic custom designed items of play equipment that replicate the main equipment used in the recycling process such as:

• Recycling Bins for different materials,
• Recycling Truck for collection of materials,
• Recycling Plant for processing and transformation of materials.

Educational panels that highlight the importance of recycling and recycling themed logos in the playground surfacing reinforce the recycling theme.
