Proludic designs new sand play range

31-05-2011_2-17-17_PM.jpg

Sand is a wonderful play material providing whole worlds of exploration and creation. Children spend hours playing with this "living" material that contributes to their early learning, and helps to develop their motor skills and concentration. The Sand Factory, a new Proludic product for 2011, reinvents the traditional sandpit by creating a clean, safe play area for children from 2 to 8 years of age.

Here are a few images of the new Speer's Point Park playground being built for Lake Macquarie City Council. Viva Recreation has supplied and installed Australia's largest spiral slide. The slide tower has been designed to look like an old style mine head. Viva Recreation, working in conjunction with Furnass Landscapes, is also installing rubber safety surfacing throughout the park.  When the project is complete we will have more images in our portfolio section.
